Coverage charge, for filming time that extends beyond what is included with your package: $40.00 per Half Hour
Two Camera Reception Coverage: Add a second professional video camera to provide wide-angle shots of the action, while allowing the main camera to give more attention to close-ups and people's reactions during the formalities such as the introductions, toasts, dances, and cake cutting. In addition to the manned main camera, a second stationary camera will be placed high above the action on a tripod through all the formalities of the evening. As both cameras are identical professional models, the footage will blend together perfectly in the final edit, showcasing more of the emotions than are possible with just one camera. $150.00
Enhanced Closing Credits: Instead of the standard movie-style scrolling credits, have you bridal party filmed in action for a more personalized end to your video. Filming takes place between ceremony and reception during the photo session. See two examples on the samples page. Other themes available, or suggest your own! $75.00
Engagement Photo Session: Spend an hour or so at
an outdoor photo session with you and your fiancee, and you'll get a CD
containing full-resolution images with no copyright resitrictions,
meaning you're free to print, copy, email, or enlarge any of the
pictures you'd like on your own. (click here for complete details) For the session and a CD-ROM with the
high-resolution images: $150.00. Add a photo montage using selections of these images, plus some of your own, for just $50 more.
Interviews with Guests: Taken during Cocktail Hour or throughout the reception, this is an excellent way to add a personal and meaningful touch to your wedding video. Have relatives and friends offer their memories, stories, or best wishes to you. $75.00
Footage from your Rehearsal: I will videotape portions of the wedding rehearsal for inclusion on your final DVD. There is often interesting footage that can be taken here. In addition to everyone being relaxed and having a good time, the Officiant will often have the bridal party and parents of the Bride and Groom introduce themselves to each other at the rehearsal, and this makes a wonderful addition to your wedding video. $175.00 (Subject to Availability)
8mm FILM:
Have special moments from your day filmed on true 8mm film for
the ultimate nostalgic feel. Choose to have this footage
digatilized and included on your final DVDs, or simply purchase the
50ft reel for projection on any 8mm projector. Starting at $200.00 The Fine Print: 8mm
Filming is limited to outdoor or brightly lit areas. One reel
yields approximately 5-10 minutes of footage. Due to the age of
film cameras, I will offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee for the final
results: if the 8mm footage isn't deemed viewable by Valley
Videography, I will refund all money applied towards this option.
Additional Copies of your final video, made from the Master:
Wedding anyWhere: Valley Videography will encode any portion of your wedding video for playback on your Video iPod, Playstation Portable (PSP), or other handheld video device. Choose from your Bridal Prep Montage, Pre-Ceremony Montage, Ceremony, Post-Ceremony Montage, Reception, or Highlights Montage. Encoded video files will be presented to you on a CD-ROM, or made available for you to download on valleyvideography.com. The clips will be rendered directly from the master edit. $50 for the first clip of your choice, $25 for each additional clip
Music Photo Montage, presented on your final DVDs, using up to 25 of your provided pictures (can include baby pictures, honeymoon pictures, etc.) $125.00 + you provide music Only $100.00 if you provide all photos on CD-ROM. Only $80 with an engegement photo session!

Short Form Wedding Video: A highly edited version of your wedding day in addition to your standard version. Ideal for showing friends and family, or for when you just want to relive the best moments of the day. Your entire video is edited down to 30 - 40 minutes in length. Presented along with your Video Music Montages (when applicable) on a separate DVD. $400.00
CD-ROMs with video files of your Highlights Montage: Your music highlights video will be encoded in .AVI, .WMV (Windows Media), and .MOV (Quicktime) and burned to CD-ROMs, complete with a personalized label. These video files will be playable on most computers, making it easy to share your wedding day highlights with friends and family. You and each of your bridal party members will receive a Disc. Makes a memorable gift! $50.00
Audio CD of vocalists or instrumentalists: Having a special person sing or play an instrument at your wedding? Have them mic'd and recorded using a Digital MiniDisc Recorder. The audio will then be transferred to an Audio CD, playable in most home and car CD Players. Receive 3 Copies of the CD, each in a personalized case with customized disc label. $60.00 (Additional discs $10.00 each)
Raw Footage: Typically I use atleast 90% of the footage I have in my final edited video. The footage that is left out is either uneventful or repetitive/redundant. The final video includes the entire ceremony. The reception portion includes full coverage of all the "standard" events (first dances, cake cutting, garter/bouquet tosses, speeches, etc.), but I typically shorten the excerpts of open-floor dancing to avoid having a video that won't keep the attention of viewers. When I videotape a wedding, I try to concentrate on the important and emotional happenings, and don't capture unnecessary footage. Therefore, the raw footage probably won't be of much additional value to you, as you're already getting just about everything I've taped. Raw footage is not available for purchase.
Shipping: I will ship all finished videos together using Priority Mail, to ensure timely 1-2 day delivery upon completion. You may also arrange to pick up your videos.
Travel Charge: For weddings that take place more than 50 miles, but less than 80 miles from Emmaus, PA (18049), I will add a flat fee of $50.00 to cover additional travel time and expenses. For weddings taking place 80 miles or more from Emmaus, PA, please contact me to discuss the travel fee.
